Future Actions

Following the adjustment to the Unique Skill, we will be refunding currency spent on “”SP Support Summon Aegiochusmon (SP Ver.)””.

Summons Performed Using DigiDiamonds

We will provide a refund to all users who used DigiDiamonds on the “”SP Support Summon Aegiochusmon (SP Ver.)”” prior to the Unique Skill fix and wish to receive a refund.
Please note that if a refund is processed, all items obtained from the Summon, including SP Supports, Skill Cards, and Support Digimon, will also be reclaimed.
Users who wish to receive a refund must carefully review the important notes below and contact us via the “”Support Form”” by the specified deadline.

We will arrange a refund for users who spent DigiDiamonds on this Summon and wish to receive a refund.

• Requests such as cancellation of an application cannot be accepted once an application has been processed.
• Applications submitted after the application period has ended cannot be accepted.
• Please note that the DigiDiamond refund and reclaiming processes may take some time.
• If Skill Cards and Support Digimon have been leveled up using items subject to reclaiming, their levels may decrease following the reclaims.
• SP Supports, Skill Cards, and Support Digimon obtained using DigiEmeralds via the “”Once Daily 10x Summon”” are not subject to reclaiming.
• SP Supports, Skill Cards, and Support Digimon obtained using Summon Tickets are exempt from both refund and reclaiming.
• Formation settings regarding SP Supports, Skill Cards, and Support Digimon subject to reclaiming will be reset after they are reclaimed.
